1、 according to the courier service company’s shipping rules, they will charge the shipping based on either one of these; either the weight of the parcel or the size of the parcel, whichever is in bigger volume. The is decided by DHL as per DHL’s shipping rules. Our website’s shipping fee is based on weight only which is as a guideline. When the actual shipping takes place, and if the size of the parcel is bigger than the weight, the shipping fee may differ from the initial quotation. Please kindly take note. Thank you.（Calculate the volume weight and multiply it by the length, width and height (cm) of the package and divide by 5000） 

2、according to the DHL freight rules, some cities in remote areas need to add extra service fees in remote areas. If your delivery address is in remote areas, We will charge you extra service fees in remote areas before shipment.
